Returns
We want you to get the right fit on the first order. But if a product doesn't work out, here's how we handle it:
Return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No restocking fees. You'll receive return instructions via email after you contact us.
If a product flattens or fails under normal use within 2 years, we replace it at no charge. This covers compression resistance failure — not damage from misuse.
Email support@driveincomfort.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply within 1 business day with instructions.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product). Items must be returned in original condition.
